Before founding Valuatum in 2000, Esa worked across multiple dimensions of financial analysis and valuation: as a management consultant in value-based management at SMCF, Rettig/Marli, and Kamensky Consulting; in credit risk analysis at Merita Bank; and in equity analysis at Nordea Securities. Esa is currently also active as a board member in several IT companies.
Niklas Mäki

Niklas joined Valuatum as a software engineer in March 2017. He became CTO in 2018 and Vice President in 2022. His role encompasses managing day-to-day operations, overseeing all software development, employee management, and technical implementation of the platform.
Markus Päivärinta
Head of Business Operations

Markus joined Valuatum as an operations specialist in December 2022 and took on the role of Head of Business Operations in May 2023. He oversees the operational side of the business, ensuring the organization runs efficiently as the platform and customer base continue to grow.
